Introduction
New Jersey's Statewide Grand Jury Program
The WEB State Grand Jury is a statewide program involving jurors summoned from all counties in New Jersey. Upon selection, jurors serve one day per week for 16 to 20 weeks. The Mercer County Jury Management Office manages the State Grand Jury.
Selection Process

When summoned for Grand Jury service, it is for a one-day selection process. If selected, the subsequent scheduling will be coordinated by the U.S. Attorney's Office.
