BMW BERLIN-MARATHON 2023

OVERVIEW

The 2023 BMW BERLIN MARATHON took place on 24 September 2023. The race was won by Eliud Kipchoge of Kenya in a time of 2:01:09, setting a new world record. The women's race was won by Tigist Assefa of Ethiopia in a time of 2:15:37, also setting a new world record.

ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION FEE

To be eligible to participate in the marathon, runners must be at least 18 years of age and have qualified for the race by meeting certain time standards. The participation fee for the marathon is €120.00.

Participants in the marathon will receive a number of exclusive BMW BERLIN MARATHON products, including a race shirt, a race bag, and a finisher's medal. Participants will also have the opportunity to purchase additional BMW BERLIN MARATHON products, such as souvenirs and clothing.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE

Participants in the marathon can purchase cancellation insurance to protect themselves against the financial loss of having to withdraw from the race due to injury or illness. The cost of cancellation insurance is €15.00.
